At SuperCustomHouse, we want you to love your posters as much as we love making them. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below to understand your options.

1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
- If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or replacement.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (e.g., torn corners, printing errors).
- Once approved, return the item to us within 30 days of delivery using the prepaid shipping label we’ll provide. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.

2. Returns for Change of Mind
- Changed your mind? No problem! You can return unopened, unused posters in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility, and the original shipping fee isn’t refundable.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the return, minus any non-refundable shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized posters (e.g., made-to-order designs) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
- Items marked “final sale” or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

- We’ll guide you through the return process and keep you updated every step of the way.

5. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider, but we’ll do our part within **7 business days** of approving the return.

6. Lost or Undelivered Orders
- If your order doesn’t arrive within (insert your shipping timeframe, e.g., 10 business days for domestic, 20 for international), let us know. We’ll investigate and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or full refund.

- All returned items must be in the condition you received them—unused, with tags or packaging intact (except for defective cases).
